Is It Good?
An early look at objective gimme calls — a phone-camera prototype today, exploring a possible future smart-glasses feature.
Uses the known size of a golf ball and a regulation cup to estimate real distance from one photo. Good to a few inches on short putts; less precise the farther out you go -- it'll always tell you how sure it is. Fun and credible, not a laser rangefinder. Don't settle a bet with it.
Put the cup on the mark, then tap capture.
Checking angle sensor…
Tap the ball's center. Then drag the caliper onto the cup's left/right rim.
