Fairway Labs — End User License Agreement

  1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope. By accessing or using the sample demonstration applications and development interfaces provided on the Fairway Labs web page, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
  2. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability. All tools, software, code, and interfaces are provided strictly "as is" and "as available" with no implied or express warranties of any kind regarding functionality, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability.
  3. Data Privacy & Compliance. Your use of Fairway Labs content, services, and associated data processing is governed by and strictly adheres to our Data Privacy and Data Use Policy.

In plain language

  1. Using anything in Fairway Labs means you're agreeing to these terms.
  2. Nothing here comes with guarantees — it's provided as-is, may change or disappear, and isn't promised to fit your particular need.
  3. What happens with your data follows our separate Data Privacy & Data Use Policy, not this document.
