How fairway advisors collects, uses, and protects information across fairwayadvisors.ai — in plain language, not legalese for its own sake.
We're a small, Indiana-based advisory firm, not an ad-tech company. This page tells you plainly what we collect on this website, why, and what say you have over it. If anything here doesn't match what you'd expect, email us — see Contact us below.

01 · What this policy covers
This policy covers fairwayadvisors.ai — our home page, Team, Insights, Events, and Request a Tee Time pages. It does not cover data handled under a signed client engagement (that's governed by the agreement we sign with you, not this page).
Our Fairway Labs demo applications (fairwayadvisors.ai/labs) are a genuinely different data flow — a Google sign-in to try a working demo, not a lead form — so they get their own section: Fairway Labs below.
02 · Information we collect
Automatically, from every visitor
We use Google Analytics on our public pages, which records standard web-analytics data: pages viewed, general device/browser type, and an approximate region derived from your IP address. We don't use this to identify you personally.
When you reach out to us
If you submit our Request a Tee Time form, or simply email us, you're telling us things on purpose so we can follow up: your name, company, role, company size, work email, phone (if you give it), general location, what you'd like to talk through, and anything you write in the free-text fields. That goes straight into our internal CRM — a system Fairway Advisors operates — so the right person can respond.
What we don't collect
We don't process payments anywhere on this site, and the main site doesn't ask you to sign in with Google or any other account.
03 · How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and honestly figure out whether we're a good fit to help.
- To understand which pages and topics are useful to visitors, so we can improve the site.
We don't use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we don't build advertising profiles.
04 · Cookies & analytics
Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish one visit from another. You can block or clear these anytime in your browser's settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. We don't run third-party advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
05 · How we share it
We share information only with the vendors that help us operate the site and our CRM — currently Google (Analytics) and our own cloud-hosted backend — strictly so they can provide that service to us, never for their own marketing. We'll disclose information if genuinely required by law. That's the whole list; there's no fourth category.
06 · Security
Everything you send us over this site travels over HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access to anything you submit is limited to Fairway Advisors LLC's own team.
07 · Your choices & rights
Email ryan@fairwayadvisors.ai anytime to ask what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll handle it directly — no portal, no runaround.
08 · Fairway Labs (our demo applications)
Fairway Labs (fairwayadvisors.ai/labs) is our hub for public demonstration applications, interactive events, and experimental software showcases. To keep sign-in simple and secure, Labs apps use Google OAuth authentication — a different data flow than the main site, covered here on its own terms.
Information we collect in Labs
- OAuth profile information — basic details from your Google sign-in consent, such as your name, email address, and profile photo.
- Application interaction & experience data — event logs, feature usage, and technical performance metrics recorded during your sessions, so we can find and fix problems.
How we use it
Strictly to monitor performance, catch errors, and improve the experience across our demonstration tools — plus, optionally, to personalize context within a specific app if you choose to enable that.
Your controls
Using your profile data for personalized features is entirely optional — manage or revoke it anytime in the User Profile Manager inside our apps. You can request full deletion of your Labs data at any time by emailing ryan@fairwayadvisors.ai.
09 · Changes to this policy
If anything material changes about what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and move the effective date at the top. We don't expect that to happen often.
